DIRECTOR’S PROFILES

Dr. Kushal Tuckley
Chairman & Director, R&D
Dr. Tuckley is an expert in DSP, Radar, RF and Microwave Systems. An IIT Bombay BTech, MTech & PhD, he served with Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research (SAMEER), Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India for 24 years and held the position of HoD – DSP Department before venturing out in the private sector in 2008. Subsequently, after a brief one year stint with Astra Microwave Products Ltd, he has been heading the core R&D activities at AGV Systems Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as a Director of DisCo Systems Pvt Ltd on behalf of AGV.

Subodh Khanolkar
Managing Director
With a core interest in interdisciplinary engineering and an entrepreneurial zeal to boot, Subodh has been a driving force of the AGV team since inception. He has put his strengths to optimum use and led the development of challenging systems like the Auxiliary Power Unit Controller for Battle Tank, GSM based Video Door Phone for path breaking home automation application and BMS for Rocket Launchers.

Over the years he has donned various hats at the organization and looked after Hardware Development, Business Development, Sales and Operations at various points of time. Today he is incharge of the entire day to day operations of the company. He also serves as a Director of DisCo Systems Pvt Ltd on behalf of AGV.
