Design:
We understand the exact requirement of our customer and committed to deliver best quality winches in time. Our experienced design team work as per standard IS 5607 and customer requirement in designing software and deliver it to manufacturing team. Material procurement – Only high quality steel plates are procured from registered vendors and test specimen sent to NABL accredited lab for property testing.

Non-destructive testing like U.T. and D.P. carried out to ensure the material is free from any defect.

Load bearing members :
All load bearing members like gears, pinion, ratchets and shaft are focussed to free from any defect and carrying out hardening to provide the strength for load bearing.

Fasteners :
Only high quality fasteners are used to provide extra strength.

Testing :
Each and every winch is load tested at 1.25 times of safe working load capacity before despatch.

Certification :
Every winch load test is witnessed by competent authority and certifies under state factory rules.

Painting :
We have customised options in painting like epoxy painting / powder coating / galvanising / plating as per the requirement. Warrantee..:
