At Gradient we have material handling and machining capacity for Ferrous Alloys, Magnetic as well as Non-Magnetic Steels, Alloys of Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Brass & Tin.

Design and Development of Special Purpose Machinery:
Design & Development of Specific Purpose Machines and components is done In-House; and also provide spares for new and existing machines. We use Computer Aided Systems for designing Machine Parts and Assemblies, simulate them for analysis of forces, stress and temperatures and then generate the final product, thus reducing the time and money invested in R&D and also producing accurate and efficient machines and components.

Fabrication & Welding Units:
Gradient has the technical expertise and inhouse state of the art facilities to undertake specialised fabrication jobs at our factory. We undertake all types of light and heavy Fabrication jobs for any ferrous metals. The fabrication is carried out in accordance with the relevant Standards & technical specifications.

Industrial Automation:
Gradient specialize in designing and commissioning of Industrial Automation Systems. We provide Retrofitting Solutions and Services for old and new conventional Machines like installation of DROs and Sensors. Most of our designed SPMs are installed with Control Panels and Fully Automated systems & also take up commissioning projects for PLC based automation.
