QUALITY GAMMA RADIATION STERILISATION SINCE 2005

A V Processors Pvt. Ltd. (AVPPL) has a fully automatic & continuous type Gamma Irradiation Facility for sterilization of medical/surgical products and other applications using Co-60. The plant located at Additional Ambernath MIDC in operations since 2005 is designed for 1200 kCi of Cobalt 60.

AVPPL is one of the few private irradiators in India and is committed to provide quality contract irradiation services to its clients. It has achieved the reputation of providing quick, reliable and high quality sterilization services and has created for itself a distinct identity within a short span of time.

AV Gamma Tech LLP (A sister concern of AVPPL) is the newly setup gamma radiation & sterilization plant designed for 5 MCi of Cobalt 60. It is a Wet Panoramic Class IV Type Irradiator. Commissioned in year 2022, the new state of the art Gamma Radiation Processing Plant with large warehouse space can provide quick, reliable and high quality of Sterilization Services for a wide spectrum of products. It is located at Additional Ambernath MIDC, MH, India near the older gamma facility of AVPPL. The facility is set up in technical collaboration with Board of Radiation & Isotope Technology (BRIT), Dept of Atomic Energy, Govt. of India.

The Facility can process a wide range of medium and high dose products. The Company exercises full quality control in its operations that helps to maintain high degree of quality, reliability, and timely supply to the clients.
